Terms & Conditions

Article 1: Purpose and scope

These Terms & Conditions exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Mirenna, a brand operated by LLC YM, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States and registered in the State of New Mexico (United States), and its customers in connection with the sale of the products offered on the website. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

Article 2: Products

The products offered are those described on the product pages of the website at the time the customer views them, while stocks last. Photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; minor secondary details may vary.

Article 3: Orders

A sale is final once the order has been accepted by Mirenna, payment has been received and the order has been confirmed in writing by email. Any request to change or cancel an order is only possible with Mirenna's written agreement, before dispatch.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total displayed at checkout is the amount charged. Mirenna reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are charged at the price in effect when the order is placed. Delivery is free anywhere in Canada.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering using the methods offered on the website (credit or debit card, digital wallets or other available methods). Payments are processed through secure systems using SSL encryption.

Article 6: Delivery

Mirenna delivers anywhere in Canada. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Timeframes are estimates: orders are prepared within 2 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days of the order. Every order is shipped with free tracking. On receipt, the customer should check the condition of the parcel and report any issue to the carrier and to Mirenna. Further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Article 7: Legal warranties

Our products are covered by the legal warranties provided under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory (including, for Quebec residents, the Consumer Protection Act). If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Article 7A: Textile products

Our tights must be washed and cared for according to the care instructions provided. Damage caused by improper care, sharp objects or rough surfaces is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Article 8: Returns and size exchange

In addition to your legal rights, Mirenna offers a 30-day satisfied-or-refunded policy and one free size exchange per order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Article 9: Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mirenna's liability is limited to replacing the defective product or refunding the amount paid by the customer, except in the case of gross negligence or personal injury. This limitation does not apply to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any warranty, right or remedy you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

Article 10: Force majeure

Mirenna cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Article 11: Personal information

Personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as described in our Privacy Policy. The customer may request access to or correction of their personal information by writing to mirennapro@gmail.com.

Article 12: Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, trade marks, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Mirenna and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Article 13: Complaints and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer should first send a written complaint to mirennapro@gmail.com; Mirenna undertakes to respond within 30 days. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may contact the consumer protection office of their province or territory.

Article 14: Governing law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the rights and remedies available to consumers under the mandatory laws of the customer's province or territory of residence, which continue to apply in all cases.

Article 15: General provisions

If one or more clauses of these Terms & Conditions are held to be invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Mirenna to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
